2 Vans Organic Blueberry Waffles w/Sugar-Free Jelly
*or sometimes Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal w/Splenda
* or Oatmeal (w/Splenda and cinnamon or maybe protein powder)
- Fruit Drink (a medley of different fruits)
* or OJ
- Coffee w/skim milk
- Eggbeaters

 

Lunch
omelet (eggbeaters, soy cheese, veggies, salmon)
*or turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread w/1slice cheddar veggie cheese
*or turkey sandwich on whole wheat tortilla with hummus, veggie cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes and mushrooms
*or salad (lettuce, chicken or salmon, veggie cheese, diced tomatoes, almonds)

 

Mid-Afternoon
protein shake w/soymilk and banana
or egg whites

 

Dinner
stir-fry (zucchini, mushrooms, onions, celery, peppers, carrots, soy sauce and/or teriyaki sauce) may top w/a few cashews
4oz grilled chicken
 Sweet potato
Hot Chocolate

 

Nighttime snack around 9:30 or 10
may have sugar free/fat free Jell-O pudding
light yogurt
small glass of soymilk
protein shake

 LOTS of water all day long!!!!!!!!
